George Wendt
George Wendt (* 17. Oktober 1948 in Chicago, Illinois) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler.
Die bekannteste Rolle von George Wendt dürfte der an der Theke sitzende und Bier trinkende Dauergast Norm in der Fernsehserie Cheers sein. Er ist neben Ted Danson und Rhea Perlman der einzige Schauspieler, der in allen Episoden von Cheers auftauchte. Wendt ist darüber hinaus der einzige Darsteller der dieselbe Figur – Norm Peterson – in sieben verschiedenen Fernsehserien spielte: außer in Cheers spielte er diese Figur bei Gastauftritten
