Michael Rapaport
Michael Rapaport (* 20. März 1970 in New York City, USA) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, Komiker und Podcast-Moderator. Er begann seine Karriere in den frühen 1990er Jahren und hat in über 100 Film- und Fernsehproduktionen mitgewirkt. Bekannt wurde Rapaport durch Filme wie Zebrahead (1992), True Romance (1993), Higher Learning (1995) und Cop Land (1997). Später spielte er in Deep Blue Sea (1999), The 6th Day (2000) und The Heat (2013). Im Fernsehen war er Hauptdarsteller in The War at Home (2005–2007) und hatte feste Rollen in Boston Public (2001–2004), Prison Break (2008–2009) und Atypical (2017–2021). Neben der Schauspielerei führte Rapaport Regie bei der Dokumentation Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest (2011), die sich mit der Hip-Hop-Gruppe A Tribe Called Quest beschäftigt. Er ist zudem als Podcast-Moderator aktiv und betreibt die I Am Rapaport Stereo Podcast-Show.
